1. You can buy products through mowarid.com to after-sales service, Mowarid after-sales service will help you solve your problem, but Mowarid Company will not be responsible for brand commitments.

2. We are happy to assist and manage all of your requests for returns and/or exchanges.

3. Considering that the Mowarid platform does not provide any of the services or products to the beneficiary by itself, but rather is provided by the suppliers, and they are completely independent in the performance of their work, then the return and exchange policy followed by each supplier is followed.

4. The beneficiary knows and agrees that this policy may differ from one supplier to another, and to accept the return process, the following conditions are required:

4.1. The product(s) must be in the same condition as purchased in the original packaging, unopened or unlabeled.

4.2. The product is unused, not opened, or any benefit obtained from it.

4.3. The product must be in its original packaging, with the same packaging, with the labels and any accessories in the package, without any defects, damage, cuts, or scratches.

4.4. The product should not have been damaged, defective, or broken when received from the shipping company.

4.5. The original purchase invoice, original product order confirmation, delivery notice, accessories, and free gifts must be attached.

5. If the product is defective upon delivery, the after-sales service will decide whether the product should be replaced or repaired. However, repair of the product will be refused in the following cases:

5.1. The defect is caused by improper use (misuse, improper voltage, exposure to liquid, misuse, etc.).

5.2. If the serial number on the product is unknown.

5.3. If a third party opens the product and tries to repair it.

6. If you received a defective product (such as one delivered to you with damaged or missing parts, or any visible damage), it can be returned and exchanged, or for a full refund upon approval.

7. In the event that the beneficiary requests the replacement of a product and the supplier does not have an alternative product for the returned product, he is obligated to refund the amount paid from the beneficiary.

8. If the payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the account within 14 working days, and a confirmation message will be sent to it via e-mail.
