1.4. The Supplier platform does not bear any responsibilities or obligations in the face of the customer as a result of the delay in the delivery and delivery of products due to circumstances beyond our control, and in case of delay, the supplier will contact you via e-mail or phone.

1.5. In the event that the shipment of products is delayed as a result of force majeure or emergency circumstances so that it becomes clear that the delivery of the sold products is not possible on the date of shipment and delivery specified, the customer will be immediately notified of those circumstances and provided with a new delivery date.

1.6. The customer must comply with the supplier's shipping policy, which may change from time to time.

5) Insurance

6) Shipping Fee

6.1. The customer bears all shipping fees in addition to the price of the products, which may vary from one customer to another depending on the distance traveled by the shipping representative.

6.2. Shipping fees vary by city. You can check the shipping charges on the checkout page after selecting the city to ship to.

6.3. Shipping fee is not refundable if you reject any order after it has been shipped without any justification.

7) Shipment confirmation and order tracking

7.1. To facilitate the shipping process and to receive your order as soon as possible, please add the exact information you were asked to, including: full name, mobile number, detailed address (city - neighborhood - street - building).

7.2. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order details including the date and time of shipment.

8) Receipt of the order

8.1. We do not guarantee that your order will arrive on time. There may be a number of unforeseen reasons (such as force majeure or emergency circumstances) that will cause your order to arrive after the expected arrival date.

8.2. After receiving your order in good condition, you must sign the receipt invoice.
