What if you exceed the 15 working day period?

We are working to return your product during this period, however if we exceed the 15 working day period, the customer will be compensated by the merchant according to the law of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and Industry (product price ÷ 400 x number of days of delay) and will be added to your e-wallet .

What is your process?

We will receive and ship your product to you free of charge, but please note that we have a policy of some service centers that will ask you to pay money for products that are rated out of warranty and you have declined the price of repair.
